Oats & Goats Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue based in New Jersey. Our mission is to rescue animals in need, provide educational resources regarding the care and welfare of animals, and to build a community that demonstrates kindness and compassion towards all.

Our deep love for rescue was born while volunteering at our local animal shelters and through fostering in our personal lives. After years of witnessing firsthand the shocking volume of animals who needed help right in our own backyard, Oats & Goats Rescue Inc. (OGR) was formed in early 2020 to help bring awareness to the plight of homeless animals and to place animals into loving forever homes. OGR is currently a foster-based rescue organization, but our long-term goal is to eventually have a sanctuary where animals can live out the rest of their lives in peace and free from harm. At OGR, we believe that every animal is an individual and has a unique story to tell.
